Description
A charming traditional stone house located in central Istria managed to preserve privacy - but also its "inconspicuousness". In the small village of Kranjčići, where there are neither many houses nor many inhabitants, at the end of the country road you will find the house of Una.
The combination of traditional with modern and artistically designed details make this house a special gem, a house with a soul, which exudes warmth and love.
The house can host 5-6 people, its surface is 130 m² and it extends over three floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a shower/toilet and a spacious living room with access to the yard. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (18 m²) and a bathroom/toilet, while the entire attic of 35 m² has been converted into a room for 3 people with one double bed and one single bed.
Around the house there is a yard bordered by ancient stone walls with a covered area and terraces for pleasant gatherings.
One of the terraces offers a view of a well-kept meadow ideal for sunbathing and relaxing, and in the shadows of numerous trees there is also a bread oven.
