Description

The Beletić family from Novigrad - Đurdica and her sons Karmino and Kristijan - continue to build on the dreams and visions of husband and father Tranquilino Beletić. After years of devoted work in his memory, they have substantially modernised the production of olive oil.

Olives are hand-picked and processed on the same day using high-quality equipment, yet the family’s philosophy is maintained from the field to the table. When the golden liquid from the Al Torcio oil mill is poured, it retains all its precious nutrients and distinctive flavours. Thus, Al Torcio olive oils have acquired the reputation of being among the highest quality Istrian extra virgin olive oils.
