Valamar has developed a comprehensive Sustainability Strategy to reach ESG goals until 2025 and position Valamar as a leader of sustainability among European hospitality companies. Since 2015 Valamar reduced its carbon footprint by 70%, uses 100% of electricity from renewable sources, produces 6% of total electricity through solar power plants. In Valamar, 78% of food and drinks are locally produced, and 100% of the facilities are certified with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
